Gypsum Wall Cladding for Lassi Shop in M.G Road, Bangalore

Gypsum Wall cladding process mainly comprised of fixing 25mm Thick JITEX Brick Wall cladding panels on to the wall using PVC Plugs and Self Drilling screws. As, No form of channel support or wall plastering is required for these Wall cladding Tiles, they can be directly fixed on to the concrete walls using 3 Inch Screws. Once the Wall Cladding panels are installed, the joints are finished with JITEX Gypsum powder to give it a seamless finish.

Ceiling for the Beverage Lounge comprised of Gypsum Board False Ceiling. The framework was constructed using JITEX G.I Gypsum Channels (Intermediate Section, Ceiling Section, Perimeter channel and L-angles). The design consisted of creating 4ft x 4ft boxes with vertical drops of 1 feet strips at a height of 8 Inches. Pelmets were created at the Periphery in order to install Focus lights. These focus lights helped in highlighting the Gypsum Cladding wall. After the installation of channels, 12.5mm thick Saint Gobain Gyproc Gypsum board was fixed to the channels using Self Drilling screws and the board Joints were finished with Jointing Tape and JITEX Gypsum Powder.

The False ceiling design complimented the walls and improved the aesthetics of the lounge.
