FIRE RESISTANT BOARD
Fire resistant Gypsum boards or also known as FR Boards offer excellent fire protection due to its specially made core which has low conductivity and high heat absorption. The core of FR Boards consists of aerated gypsum, glass fiber, additives and is firmly bonded to strong Pink colour paper liners. Fire resistant Boards can resist fire between 60 to 120 minutes depending upon their thickness and installation process.
This Fire-resistant property makes these boards very useful in the construction industry. They can be used in both residential and commercial spaces such as Office spaces, Kitchens, Server rooms, Inverter rooms etc.

LOW CONDUCTIVITY
Fire resistance board is a Class – 1 Material evaluated and complied with BS 476: Part 4, 6 & 7, EN 13501-1 and ASTM E136. They Provide fire resistance ranging from 30 Minutes to 240 Minutes when installed on Walls, Partitions, False Ceiling, Shaftwalls, Beams and Column Encasement systems.

ECO FRIENDLY
Fireline Resistant boards are extremely Eco friendly. They are not made up of any harmful materials. Like moisture resistant boards, the Pink liners are also made up of recyclable material. They can easily be dismantled and reused again.

EASY TO INSTALL
Fire resistant boards are very easy to install. It can be quickly installed on to any False ceiling and Partition framework. With very few joints and the coverage of the Joints using Jointing compound, they give a very clean look.

FALSE CEILING
Fire Resistant Board (FR Boards) are an excellent alternative that can be used in any Kind of False ceiling where the risk of fire or heat is high. The Process involves the same as Gypsum Board false ceiling; However, instead of Gypsum Board, FireLine Resistant Boards are fixed on to the channel.
DRYWALL PARTITIONS
Fire Resistant boards (FR Boards) are highly used as a Drywall Partition and Wall cladding material. They are commonly used in Server Rooms, Generator Rooms, Kitchens, Factories etc. where the chances of catching fire is high. With proper installation procedures, these Fireproof Partition can help in preventing the growth of Wild fire upto 240 minutes.
