Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or surplus material.

2. Reporting a Defect

3. Inspection & Approval
Once the issue is reported, our team will review the complaint. If required, we may arrange for an inspection. Returns will be approved only if the defect is verified by our team.

4. Return Process
Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process. The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accompanying materials.

5. Resolution
After successful inspection of the returned product, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the defective product, or
  • Refund of the product value

6. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that are not defective
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom-made or cut-to-size materials
  • Delayed reporting beyond the specified timeframe
