Wall Acoustic Treatment

Acoustic Treatment for the walls consisted of the following Materials:
18mm thick Wood Wool Acoustic Board was fixed on to a plywood framework. The Design included Panels that were alternatively elevated with a cove light effect. The Acoustic Board was finished off with a 12mm thick PVC Gripper Track system, 12mm THick PU foam and Fabric.

The initial stage consisted of Soundproofing the ceiling. It included a G.I Channel framework with an infill of Mineral Rockwool insulation of 50mm thickness 96 Kg density / m3 which was then finished off with two layers of 12mm thick Soundproof board. This process helped in soundproofing upto 85 dB Level.
The 2nd stage included the installation of Fabric wrapped Acoustic tiles suspended using wires in order to create a cloud ceiling. 15mm thick Wood wool board was wrapped in Fabric and laid on to a T-Grid framework with Axiom sexctions which was further suspended from the soundproof ceiling using Wires and Adjustable fasteners.

The Home theater consisited of a 7.1 Speaker setup with a 1080p Projector and 135 Inch Screen. The Speakers were of Brand: Taga Harmony, Projector by Optoma and Receveiver by Denon.
