About Fiber Glasswool Grid Ceiling Tile
Fiber Glasswool Ceiling Tile (Suspended T Grid Ceiling Tile) is made from the mesh of Fiber glaswool, a by product of Silica Sand. These Acoustic Ceiling tiles are manufactured from 3rd Generation high density Fiber glass wool. The Front surface of these Acoustic Ceiling Tiles consist of Fiber glass tissue painted in either white or black color and the Back surface is covered with plain Fiber glass. Edges are painted in Tegular edge Fiber Glasswool Tiles.
Fiber Glasswool tiles have a wide array of characteristics when compared to other Grid Ceiling tiles. They have very good Acoustic Treatment, Heat Insulation and thermal Insulation properties. They have a Noice Reduction Co-efficeint (N.R.C) of upto 0.90; making it an ideal False Ceiling tile option for Offices, Conference rooms, Theaters, Home Theaters, Auditoriums, Recording Studios etc.

What is the Handling and Storage process for these Ceiling tiles?
Fiber Glasswool ceiling tiles should be stored in a dry interior location. They should remain closed in their cartons in a flat position to avoid damage and should be removed from their boxes only during installation.
How should the Site conditions be during installation?
The installation area should be free of dust and debris. These Acoustic Ceiling tiles can be installed in conditions between 32°F (0°C) and 120°F (49°C). Fiber Glasswool Tiles are not recommended for exterior applications. Neither should they be installed in areas where standing water is present, or where moisture will come in direct contact.
What is the maintenance procedure for Fiber Glasswool Tiles?
Fiber Glasswool Ceiling tiles require very little maintenance. Dust and loose dirt can easily be removed by brushing or with a vacuum cleaner. A clean, dry white cloth should be used to wipe off any dirt or greasy fingerprints. If the panel is very dirty, a damp, clean, white cloth with detergent can be used to wipe the panel.
