The Process involved creating a Conference room in an open space. Two layers of 8mm thick Soundproof Magnesium Oxide Boards (mgO board) were installed on both sides of the channel and finished with Jointing tape and jointing Compound. With a heavy rise in the echo and noise due to Soundproofing, we had to make sure the Room Acoustics were treated efficiently. The process involved in the installation of 25mm thick JITEX <a href=\"https:\/\/jayswal.in\/web\/wood-wool-board-2\/\">Wood wool Board<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/jayswal.in\/web\/acoustic-panels\/\">Acoustic Panel<\/a>) on to the internal side of the partition. Further, these boards were then finished with a 12mm thick PVC Fabric gripper track system, 12mm PU foam and Polyester fabric. Thus helping us achieving an N.R.C of 0.95.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The design of the Acoustic walls consisted of two levels. The lengthier Acoustic panels were projected outside from the smaller Acoustic panels by 2 inches. The colors of the fabric chosen were Grey and Navy Blue. A perfect match to add a contrast effect. The G.I framework consisted of Ceiling Sections, Intermediate Channels, Perimeter sections and Ceiling L &#8211; Angles. After the installation of boards, the Joints were covered with a layer of Saint Gobain Gyproc Jointing Tape and Jointing Compound. This not only helped in creating Two levels but also to help us in hiding the A.C Ducts.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining area was covered with T &#8211; Grid False Ceiling. The process involved in creating a 600mm x 600mm modular structure comprising of 24mm T &#8211; Grid suspension system of make JITEX. The components involved 10ft Main T, 2ft Cross T section, 4ft Cross T section and Perimeter Wall angle. After the channels were installed, 12mm Thick JITEX Mineral Fiber Acoustic ceiling tile of size 595mm x 595mm were layed on to the channel.
