Aerocon Panels \/ Aerocon Blocks is a Ready made EPS Cement Sandwich Panel<\/a> used in the construction of Internal and External Partition walls. It is also known as Extruded Polystyrene (EPS) Wall Panel. Aerocon Blocks consists of a tight Insulating layer compried of Theromocol and Cemenet which is sandwiched between two layers of Magnesium Oxide Board or Fiber Cement board<\/a>. The rigid insulation core of the Aerocon Panel acts as a web, while the MGO or Fiber Cement boards fulfill the function of the flanges.<\/span><\/p>

Aerocon Blocks are very lightweight and durable in nature. They can be used for both Interior and Exterior Applications such as creating Partition Walls, Boundary Walls, Foundation Walls, Roofing etc.<\/span><\/p>

When compared to a standard brick Wall, installing Aerocon Panels for an area of 500 Sft would take only 1 \u2013 2 Days. Whereas, a brick wall would require 5 to 7 days and an additional 7 days for curing and plastering. Aerocon Panels do not require any form of curing and plastering. <\/span>Step 1:<\/span><\/span><\/h5>

The 1st process involves the installation of a C \u2013 Channel or a Floor Channel. The channel is installed on the floor and ceiling using Screws and Plugs.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

The 2nd step involves the insertion of Aerocon Panels into the channel. Each panel is inserted in the channel one after the other.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Once the panels are slided, they get interlocked with each other and the joints are filled with jointing tape and All purpose jointing compound<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/div>
