About Easi \u2013 Fill Hydro Jointing Compound<\/h5>

GYPROC EASI FILL HYDRO is a specially formulated Board jointing compound for Wet Area Jointing & Finishing. It has a total water absorption characteristic of less than 5% as per EN 520. Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing compound has a setting time 90  to 110 minutes. Easi-Fill Hydro is an ideal Jointing compound for quick jointing and finishing in Gypsum Boards.\n<\/span><\/p>

False Ceiling & Partitions<\/h2>

Saint Gobain Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing compound is used as a setting powder for joint finishing in Drywall Partitions\ufeff<\/a><\/span> and False Ceiling. After the installation of Gypsum Boards, the joints between each board is covered with a layer of Jointing tape and finished off with 2-3 layers of Easi Fill Hydro Jointing compound. This process helps in acquiring a smooth and seamless finish between each board.<\/span>\ufeff<\/span><\/span><\/p> <\/div>

Process of Jointing & Finishing<\/h2><\/div> <\/div>

1st COAT<\/span><\/h4>

Using an applicator, fill the Edge recess formed of the Gypsum sheets with Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing Compound. Centre the Jointing tape or Paper Tape along the joint and using a Trowel, press the tape down into the Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing Compound<\/span>\ufeff<\/a>. Ensure no air bubbles remain behind the Jointing tape. <\/span>Immediately apply a thin coat of Easi-Fill Hydro Jointing Compound over the surface of the tape and<\/span>
\nallow it to dry.<\/span>\ufeff<\/span><\/span><\/p> <\/div> <\/div>

2nd COAT<\/span><\/h4>

Apply a second coat of Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing Compound. Ensure that the 2nd coat extends outside the area of the first coat i.e. 200 \u2013 250 mm wide. Allow the 2nd coat to thoroughly dry.<\/span><\/p> <\/div> <\/div>

3rd COAT<\/span><\/h4>

Apply a final finishing coat of Gyproc Easi Fill Hydro Jointing Compound with an Applicator. The Joint edges should be feathered by at least 50 mm beyond the edges of the previous coat. <\/span>Allow it to dry and lightly sand in the same direction using a sandpaper.<\/span><\/p> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div>
